چکیده
The study of rare resonances with strange content produced in p+p and p+Nb collisions at 3.5 GeV kinetic energy has recently been addressed by the HADES collaboration at GSI. Here we present the results obtained for the Σ(1385) resonance produced in p+p collisions at 3.5 GeV. The spectral function and the differential cross-section of the resonance could be evaluated. With a nominal mass of 1385 MeV/c and a width of about 40 MeV/c, this rather broad resonance is lying close to the Λ(1405) in the mass spectrum. The study of the Λ(1405) is of great importance to understand quantitatively the the Kaon-Nucleon interaction [1], and the detailed knowledge of the Σ(1385) line shape is a prerequisite to extract a clean signature of the Λ(1405). Furthermore, the Σ(1385) resonance can be utilized to approach the topic of in-medium properties of baryonic resonances. The knowledge of the resonance properties in a low-density and finite-temperature environment is a prerequisite to interpret the experimental results obtained for proton-nucleus and heavy-ion collisions. A total statistics of 1.2·109 p+p collisions with a kinetic energy of 3.5 GeV have been collected with the HADES spectrometer at GSI. The following semi-exclusive reaction, which includes a non detectable neutron, has been selected from the available statistics:

Measurement of (1385) in Al+Al collisions at 1.9 A GeV
The FOPI Collaboration performed a high statistic experiment to study the strangeness production in Al+Al collisions at 1.9A GeV. The high statistics data (300 million of events) allow the reconstruction of the Σ(1385) hyperon resonance at SIS energies for the first time. This measurement corresponds to sub-threshold production since the threshold beam energy for Σ∗ production in the elementary...

The Σ(1385) analysis and the current status of pentaquark search with the STAR detector are reported. The corrected pT spectra and the yields of the Σ±(1385) and their antiparticles in the most central Au+Au as well as elementary p+p collisions are presented. A comparison of the 〈pT 〉 of observed particles suggests a similar behavior for particles with mass greater than 1.2 GeV in p+p and Au+Au...
متن کاملHadronic resonances from ALICE in pp collisions
The study of resonances in √ s = 7 TeV pp collisions provides a test of QCD in a new energy domain as well as a baseline for heavy-ion collisions. The resonances K∗(892)0, φ(1020), Σ(1385)±, Λ(1520), and Ξ(1530)0 have been reconstructed at midrapidity from their hadronic decay using data collected by the ALICE detector. The comparison of φ(1020) and Σ(1385) pT-spectra to QCD-inspired models suc...
متن کاملThe effect of Curriculum Based Measurement (CBM) on math achievement of elementary students
Curriculum Based Measurement (CBM) is a supervision method of student’s educational achievement through direct assessment of predicted skills in the curriculum. Although almost half a century passes from the introduction of CBM in the world, however it has not been considered in Iranian curriculum. So, the aim of this research was to introduce and investigate the impact of CBM on math achieveme...

In p+p, d+Au, and Au+Au collisions at √ sNN = 200 GeV with the STAR detector at RHIC, Σ(1385) → Λ+ π were measured using two techniques; threeparticle mixing and a hybrid mixing technique. We present results from both of these methods and compare the invariant mass spectra and the backgrounds.
